1. This machine has no special requirements for installation. The peeling machine is best installed on a flat concrete floor and kept level. The base surface of the machine base and the driving force are required to be level.
2. When installing, it must be noted that the center of the prime mover pulley and the pulley of the peeling machine is on a vertical line, and ensure that it is parallel to the axis of the pulley. The tightness of the V-belt is appropriate.
3. After the installation is completed, it should be run empty to check whether the peeling machine is turning correctly (the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the gland) and check whether the speed is within the specified range.

Before using the peeling machine, the operator should first read the instruction manual carefully, be familiar with the structure, performance, installation, use, operation, adjustment, maintenance and other requirements of the machine, and operate according to the following procedures:

1. Inspection and preparation before starting up:

(1) Wet peeling is generally suitable for corn peeling. Mix 3-4 catties of water for every 100 kg of corn. After 5-6 minutes, visually observe that there is no clear water on the surface of the grain and start processing. If the time is too long, there will be more noodles and more kernels. It is advisable to moisten the grain for a little longer, usually 1-2 times to remove the net.
(2) Wheat peeling
Wheat peeling adopts wet dehulling. Mix 2-3 catties of water for every 100 kg of wheat and wait for 2-3 minutes to start processing after visually observing that there is no clear water on the surface. All over the net. The gap between the rice knife and the iron roller is 3-5mm.
(3) Wheat Clear Grain
It can be cleaned by dry removal without adding water.
(4) Rice peeling
Replace the 1.1# sieve, adjust the gap between the rice knife and the iron roller to 2-3mm, and dry it off once to clean it.

2. Operation and shutdown:

(1) Start the equipment, and after the operation is normal, gradually open the feeding plate, and control the flow rate of the material according to the power load.
(2) When starting the machine for the first time, if the accuracy of rice and kernel output is not enough, you should return to the machine and take it off again.
(3) During the operation, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the sound of operation is normal at any time. If there is any abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
(4) When shutting down, close the feeding plate first, stop feeding, and slightly pull the discharging plate, continue to run for half a minute before cutting off the power and stopping.

3. Adjustment of peeling quality precision

(1) The accuracy of corn kernels, white rice, and wheat kernels can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the rice nozzle plate or the rice knife, but try not to use the rice knife to control the accuracy of corn kernels and white rice.
(2) When the number of broken rice kernels increases, the gap between the rice cutter and the roller should be adjusted. If the gap is too small, the sudden resistance on the rice grains in the peeling chamber will increase, which will promote the removal of rice kernels, but it is easy to produce broken kernels, broken rice, and gaps. If it is too large, the pressure in the whitening room will be weakened, the chance of turning the rice kernels will be reduced, and the peeling effect will be poor, so it should be adjusted properly. Generally, the gap at the inlet end is 4-6 mm, and the gap at the outlet end is 3-4 mm.
(3) The feed plate and the discharge plate can be adjusted together to adjust the flow rate and peeling accuracy. The greater the opening degree of the feed plate, the more materials enter the machine and the greater the flow rate. If the plate is not adjusted accordingly, the material density in the machine will increase, the pressure will increase, and the power consumption will also increase. If the adjustment of the feed plate is too small, the feed flow rate will be too small, the internal pressure will be insufficient, and the peeling ability and cleaning effect will decrease. . The operator can adjust the best position according to experience.
(4) The cooperation between the driving force and the rotating speed of the peeling machine should be within the specified range. If the rotating speed is too high, the broken kernels and rice will increase, which will also affect the service life of the machine. If the rotating speed is too low, the kernels and white rice will not reach The precision required also affects productivity.

1. Repair and maintenance

(1) All fasteners, bearings, etc. should be inspected regularly, and if parts are found to be damaged, they should be replaced or repaired in time.
(2) Check the rice sieve frequently for kernel or rice leakage. If the rice sieve is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
(3) The rice knives will wear out after a certain period of use, and should be adjusted to the side or turned around for use. However, when they are worn out and cannot be used, they should be replaced with new rice knives, otherwise the quality of kernels and rice will be seriously affected.
(4) Regularly clean the bearings and inject clean lubricating oil.
(5) After the processing is completed, it should be cleaned up. When it is not used for a long time, the materials in the machine should be cleaned up, the feeding and discharging boards should be closed, and covered with plastic cloth.
