Description
YTZSF28-5B maize grits and flour machine is a small combined equipment for maize processing, which integrates maize peeling and polishing, grits making, grading of finished flour products, and wind selection. The clean raw grains are input into the feeding port, and are subjected to dehulling, degermination, and black star removal. The maize kernels made by dehulling the maize are then crushed to make grits. , medium grits, small grits and maize flour.
YTZSF28-5B maize grits and flour mill machine adopt motor drive, which is energy-saving and efficient, and occupies a small area; according to customer needs, the size of grits can be adjusted in proportion, which is a good helper for external processing; in some areas, diesel engines can also be configured as power transmission.

Working Principle
1. YTZSF28-5B consists of peeling machine, grits and flour milling machine.
2. The clean raw grain enters the feeding hopper for dehulling, degerming and black spots removing process.
3. After crushing and grading, the machine produces three products: medium grits, small grits and flour. The high-efficiency air suction system will collect the skin impurities, micro powder and micro impurities in the grits.
4. Spare parts: grinding core, roller, peeling blade, peeling sieve, triangular belt, hairbrush.
