NF-280 Grain Peeling and Polishing Machine - Basic Structure and Operating Instructions

1. NF--280 type is mainly composed of peeling room, pulling fan, blower, rotating mechanism, feeding and discharging parts, dust removal device and other parts.
2. After installation, start the motor and run it idling for a few minutes. It is normal if it is stable and there is no abnormal sound. After it is normal, a small amount of trial production can be carried out. After mastering the operation skills, the formal production will start.
3. Corn peeling:
①. Close the pull gate of the feed inlet, and then slowly open the flow after starting the motor and running normally (the pull gate is usually pulled out at 20-30mm)
②. The machine peels the corn by using the wet peeling method. Mix 6-8 catties of water or warm water for every 100 catties of corn. After mixing evenly, the excess water needs to be drained out of the container. -6 minutes, (currently there is no clear water on the surface of corn) 10-12 minutes in winter, then pour it into the hopper to start production. During production, the pressure handwheel at the outlet can be adjusted according to user requirements. Should be reduced, the second time is that the pressure should be increased, and finally meet the requirements. The horny corn needs to be removed once, and the hybrid corn needs to be removed twice.
③. The pressure door has dual functions of drying, cleaning, and high efficiency.
④. The opening of the handle for adjusting the suction volume of the hopper should not be too large, otherwise, the finished kernels will be sucked away, and the air volume of the peeling room will be reduced, which will affect the precision of the finished product.

4. Wheat peeling: Wheat peeling adopts the dehumidification method, and every 100 jin of wheat is mixed with 2-3 jin of water. After mixing well, the grain is moistened for 3-4 minutes to start processing. The operation method is the same as that of corn peeling, and it needs to be peeled off one or two times.
5. Rice peeling: dry milling, adjust the cooperation between the feed gate and the outlet pressure gate, peel off and whiten once.
6. Mung bean peeling: Wet peeling is adopted. Mung beans should be soaked in clear water or warm water for 1-2 hours, and then put into the machine for processing. It needs to be peeled twice. The operation method is consistent with the principle of corn peeling processing.
7. Polishing millet and other grain kernels: replace the 0.6# polishing sieve, dry method, fine-tuning method can also be used, and the operation method is consistent with the rice processing method.

Precautions for use of NF-280 grain peeling and polishing machine

1. The feed end of the screen remover wears quickly, so it can be used interchangeably in order to prolong the service life.
2. Frequently check whether the bearing is overheated and whether the equipment is normal. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection.
3. When the propeller and the drum are severely worn, they should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the output and quality.
4. It must work within the specified speed and must not overspeed.
5. The bran enters the centrifugal spiral dust collector through the pipe, and the chaff can be picked up with a bag at the outlet of the dust collector. Be careful not to block the outlet of the dust collector, so as not to affect the accuracy and quality of the kernels.
6. The raw grain must be cleaned, otherwise it will affect the overall performance.

Disassembly and assembly of NF-280 grain peeling and polishing machine parts

1. Screen frame, drum, propeller and inner sleeve.
<1>. Remove the receiving hopper under the pressure door and the screws on the outside of the screen frame, take out the screen frame, and replace the sieving and layering strips.
<2>. Unscrew the screw plug at the end of the main shaft, and take out the ejector, propeller and inner sleeve in sequence.
2. Spindle part
<1>. Unscrew the fastening bolts of the large pulley and remove the large pulley.
<2>. Remove the bearing end cover, the connecting sleeve and the 4 bolts connected to the main shaft seat, and use two of the sleeve screws to push the main shaft seat and the connecting sleeve away from the machine body.
<3>. Remove the bearing retaining ring, and strike the main shaft forward with a copper hammer, and then remove the bearing, cardboard pad and other accessories in turn.
3. Powder bran part
<1>, first remove the bran collector and the big cover of the fan.
<2>, unscrew the fastening screw of the wheel, take off the washer and remove the impeller.
<3>, Unscrew the fastening screw on the small pulley at the other end, remove the small pulley, loosen the screws connecting the sleeve and the blower casing, remove the bearing seat, remove the bearing caps at both ends, and use a copper rod or wooden Rod, tap from the inside out to take out the shaft and bearings.
<4>. When assembling, follow the reverse order of disassembly. After the parts are assembled, proceed to the overall assembly.
