Working Principle
In order to solve the problems of low hulling rate, high loss and damage to the structure of peony seeds during the processing of peony seeds. TTKS series peony seed dehulling machine adopts double sand table structure. The raw material enters between the upper and lower grinding wheels through the feeding port. Under the action of the rotating grinding wheel, the emery blade continuously cuts and rubs the peony seed cortex, which breaks the bonding strength of the peony seed peel and the wheat kernel, and makes the peony seed The cortex is gradually ground and peeled off, so as to achieve the purpose of hulling.
