Description
XMS series wheat washeris a new type of wheat washing machine. It can be electrically adjusted to wash and shake wheat. The stone washing and drying machine can wash and shake 1-4 tons of wheat per hour, and is mainly composed of a wheat washing water tank and a dryer.
XMS series Wheat washing machine is one of the main equipment of grain processing. The equipment uses water washing method to remove the sand and dirt on the surface of wheat grain. It has good performance in removing impurities from wheat. After washing, the wheat enters the dryer for drying.
The equipment is composed of water tank and dryer. In addition, there are also a feeder, dust suction, water replenishment, sand blasting, spraying and water level regulating device. It has water washing and stone removing. It can be fully watered when washing. After washing, the skin moisture will increase and the skin toughness will be enhanced, which is conducive to the skin grinding, scraping, powder scraping and deep processing.

Working Principle
XMS series wheat washing and drying machine is mainly composed of wheat washing water tank and dryer.
Wheat falls evenly into the auger from the hopper, and the blades of the auger rotate to wash the wheat, suspend it in water, and send it to the drying machine.
Stones and other sundries fall into the auger due to their large specific gravity. In the opposite direction, it falls into the sand throwing bucket at the end of the water tank, and is sprayed into the sand filter box by the sand blasting pipe.
In addition, when the wheat is blanked, the dust removed is removed in time through the dust outlet hole and is sucked. The air duct is transported away.
