Process introduction:
1. Raw grain cleaning section: adopt two screens, two stone removal, one magnetic separation, and through the configuration of the wind separation system, clean the large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, stones and magnetic substances in the grain to ensure product quality.
2. Color sorting section: According to the color characteristics of the materials, the color sorter is used to separate out the moldy grains, under-full grains, different varieties of grains and other impurities with different colors.
3. Shelling section: adopt the process of shelling, brushing and shunt. (According to the characteristics of the material, you can use the material distribution valve to freely choose whether to use shelling and brushing). 1) Shelling: take off the skin (shell) of the material and separate it out through the effective suction system; 2) Brushing: separate the adhering microskin and ash powder on the surface of the material.
4. Grading section: Different screens are used to divide the materials into different grades according to different sizes.
5. Peeling and making kernels and making grits: adopting three processes of peeling, one process of making grits, grading and suspension. 1) Peeling: gradually peel off the peel of the material and separate the cortex through an effective air suction system to obtain complete bean kernels; 2) Grinding: use a fine grits machine to crush the material into grits; 3) Grain grading: using different 4) Suspension: According to the specific gravity of the material, the micro-skin is separated from the grits by air flow.
6.
