Description
This horizontal emery roller rice mill whitener is developed for milling and whitening in large and medium-sized rice milling plan. It adopts suction rice milling, which is advanced techniques of world rice mill whitener at present, to make rice temperature down, bran content less and broken increment lower.
MNSW Horizontal Emery-roller Rice Whitener is developed for rice whitening, which is suitable for 80T-100T,150-200T per day rice process line.
This machine is suitable for Japonica rice and indica rice, which can meet different requirements. It can work alone for whitening, and also can work in series, which is advanced whitening machine around China.

Working Principle
The MNSW Horizontal Emery-roller Rice Whitener works by using a pairs of horizontal abrasive rollers that rotate in opposite directions. As brown rice enters the whitener, it is struck by the abrasive surfaces of the rollers, which effectively remove the outer husk and bran layers from the kernels.
The pressure between the rollers can be adjusted to create different degrees of whitening, allowing for greater control over the final product.
The rice passes through a series of screens, which separates the bran particles from the polished rice. The end result is a polished, white rice grain that is ready for consumption.
