A customized grain sieve is used for kernel separation.
First clean the raw materials of the rapeseed to remove the sand and plant impurities; then the drying treatment is performed. Cut, crushed, squeeze into the shell kernel mixture, and then send it to the separation sieve in the dedicated separation device. Under the common action of the vibration sieve and fan, the leather shell with a small density of the upper density is cleared by the fan, and the lower density is large. Seed kernels were collected from the front port of the dedicated separation device.
The advantage of the present invention is that the peeling rate is high, and the one -time peeling separation rate can reach 99%. At the same time, the peeling effect is good. The phenomenon of benevolence adhesion occurs.
