Main Equipment
Description
This equipment can complete the dehulling, shells-removing and seed-kernel separating of sunflower seeds(gourd seed, zucchini seed and water melon seed) at one time. This equipment adopts wet method for dehulling, and it features high percentage of whole kernel, compact structure, low loss, easy operation and maintenance, etc.

Using hierarchical peeling process, the peeling rate is high, the kernel rate is high, and the kernel crushing rate is low;

Working Principle
The sunflower seeds can remove various impurities in the raw materials of sunflower seeds, and the cleaning, peeling, sorting, and checking of the cleaning sunflower seeds can be automatically returned to the shelling machine for secondary off. Shells, which greatly improved the shelling efficiency.
