Description
Vertical iron roller whitener for rice is the latest specially designed equipment for brown rice milling for the capacity of 50-250 TPD rice plant. They are suitable for the milling of long grain, short grain and parboiled rice, etc; can meet customer's needs of processing different grade of rice maximally. As one of the most advanced whitener for rice, it can produce first grade whiteness standard rice adopting one set of machine or special grade whiteness rice with double sets or multiple sets of machines combined.It can be combined with emery roller whitener for different requires which is one of the most advanced corn processing machine.

Working Principle
After the brown rice enters the whitening chamber from the feed hopper through the flow regulating device, it is sent to the emery roller by the screw head and advances spirally along the surface of the emery roller.
The sharp emery blade on the surface of the emery roller rotates at a certain linear speed to grind the brown rice cortex, making grains and the rice sieve rub and collide with each other to roughen and whiten them. At the same time, the bran powder is forced to separate from the rice grains and discharged out of the sieve holes through the blowing wind.
