South Korea 72TPD Soybean Processing Plants in LST Company2023-01-16 visited

Win Tone is cooperated with LST Company in South Kore to built a full soybean processing plant turnkey project in 2016. This soybean processing project mainly includes soybean cleaning, grading, peeling, splitting, optical sorting and automatic packaging system.

　　1. Customized design according to seed processing requirement and factory building of client, with the most reasonable layout and process.

　　2. Electric of production line can be centralized control with light display flow chart, for easy and safe operation to different technological processes.

　　3. High efficient dust collectors ensure the dust concentration in the workshop and emissions meet the requirements.

　　4. Seeds and grains processed are all full and uniform with high cleanness and good quality, reducing the seeding quantity and getting fast germination, strong and uniform seedlings, and thriving crops after planting.

This soybean cleaning and processing plant is featured with power saving, automatic and digital system, multi-layer grading, multigunctional peeling and splitting to ensure the good quality of final products. This full set soybean processing plant laid the foundation for the deep processing of yuba, tofu and other food.
