Function and characteristics of pine nut sheller:

Pine nut sheller is a special equipment for pine nut processing developed by many manufacturers on the basis of many years of sheller sorting experience. The pine nuts are first graded and then husked separately for each grade. The unpeeled pine nuts during processing can be automatically returned to the sheller for the next sheller cycle. The unit has high peeling efficiency, high kernel rate and easy operation and maintenance.

Components:

The assembly line consists of 2 units and control cabinet.
Classification unit: by the upper hopper, screw elevator, classification screen and control cabinet. This part can divide pine nuts into 5 grades (grading screens can be designed according to customer requirements).
Shelled sorting unit: by the upper hopper, screw elevator, shelled main engine, control cabinet.

Equipment composition:

Hopper, raw material elevator, sheller, seed and kernel sorting combination screen, plate spring screen, hopper, electric control cabinet.

Process flow:

Feeding → lifting → hulling → peeling → sorting → pine nut kernel
