Processing technology of soldier bean:

Bean kernel: cleaning - stone removal - magnetic separation - peeling - kernel/kernel broken flap - screening - brushing - color selection - metering and packaging
Bean powder: cleaning - stone removal - magnetic separation - peeling - powder making - metering and packaging

Bean processing plant process introduction:
1. Raw grain cleaning section: The use of screening, stone removal, magnetic separation, and through the configuration of the wind separation system, clean out the large clutter, small clutter, light clutter, stones and magnetic materials in the grain, to ensure product quality.
2. Peeling and kernel making section:
Remove the material skin (shell) and separate out through the skin of the suction system;
3. Finished product processing section
1) Screening: screening out products other than the main materials.
2) Brush: separate the adhesive powder on the surface of the material;
3) Color selection: according to the color characteristics of the material, the color separator is used to separate out impurities such as mildew grains, plump grains and different varieties of grains with different colors.
4) Measurement and packaging section: storage can reduce the amount of labor, measurement and packaging can be manual or electronic.
