YTZSF28-30 Corn Peeling Grits Milling Unit - Application
YTZSF28-30 peeling and grits milling unit is a new generation of corn deep processing equipment specially developed by our company's engineers and technicians on the basis of several years of experiments. This machine integrates corn peeling, polishing, germ removal, black navel removal, fine grits, and grading milling. It can produce four varieties of polished materials, medium grits materials, small grits materials and powdery materials at one time. This machine is not only suitable for dehulling fine grits of corn, but also can realize dehulling and milling of wheat and other miscellaneous grains.
This machine is mainly composed of main parts such as: peeling, blowing air, making grits and making powder, grading, dust removal, transmission mechanism and frame.
The cleaned corn enters the peeling room for peeling. The friction between the corn in the peeling chamber and the high-speed rotating iron roller, the friction between the corn grains and the screen, and the friction and collision between the corn grains and the corn grains destroy the endosperm of the corn, the germ of the corn and the skin of the corn grains. Combined with the strength, the corn cortex, corn germ, corn root cap and corn black navel are gradually milled and wiped off, so as to achieve the purpose of peeling.
The peeled corn kernels enter the grits milling room of the fine grits machine, and under the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer and the shearing force, the cut pellets are rubbed against each other by the centrifugal force and the screen, so that they are cut The surface of the corn grains is bright and smooth, and the grains smaller than the sieve holes are discharged out of the machine, and the materials larger than the sieve holes continue to be sheared until they pass through the sieve holes. The mixture that passes through the sieve holes enters the grading sieve for sieving and grading, and separates corn flour, corn grits, and corn grits. The corn grits are subjected to the effect of the skin suction wind net at the outlet, so that the microhusks, embryos, and black navels in the corn grits are separated to ensure that the quality of the corn grits is higher.

The structure of the support and the motor base
1. The operating support is an optional part.
The layout of the equipment can be made with reference to the figure below, but the structure must be firm and not vibrate.

2. The equipment comes with a motor mounting seat. According to the type of motor used, the fixed motor seat should be easy to adjust the tension of the V-belt.
Because the machine is heavy, a motorized forklift (for construction) is required.
Be very careful during the consignment process so as not to damage the equipment base and other components.
3. Confirmation of levelness
If the machine is not level, it may not perform to its full potential. Ensure the level of the machine through level adjustment bolts, lock nuts, and anchor bolts.
Place the machine in the designated place and make sure it is level.
4. Ground selection
The ground selected for installation must be sufficiently firm.

6 Installation of host and motor
1) Place the motor on the stand or base, and fix it firmly with bolts.
2) Adjust the respective pulleys so that they are on the same straight line, and fix them with adjusting bolts.
3) Install the V-belt and adjust the tightness.
7. Motor wiring (reference)
1) Wire the motor.
Be sure to install an ammeter and a fuse switch for the motor.
2) The motor adopts the "star-delta" starting connection method, and a "star-delta" starting circuit should be prepared for wiring.
8. Bran collection method
The rice bran is collected by suction fan and cyclone separator. The air suction volume of each equipment is 8-10m³/min, full pressure

WARNING: Turn off power and circuit breaker, adjust belt first.
1. Adjustment of belt tension
A small belt tension will cause slippage, while too tight will affect the service life of the bearing and cause failure or accidents during operation.
2. No-load running inspection
Start the motor when the machine has no load, and then check whether there is abnormal vibration, noise and heat during the operation of the machine.
3. Combination of polishing roller (grinding roller) and screen
Note: The machine is assembled according to the "standard method" when it leaves the factory. The "Standard Way" combo is usually good for peeling and buffing. The "Special Way" combination is suitable for increased peeling.
Operating instructions for YTZSF28-30 corn peeling and grits milling unit
WARNING: For safety, do not open the cover door while the machine is running.
1) Before starting the machine, you must read the instruction manual carefully, carefully check whether the connection and fastening of each part are firm according to the instructions, and observe whether the rotation direction is correct after starting the machine.
2) Minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to operate independently.
3) If any abnormal sound is found during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection. It is strictly forbidden to check and maintain the machine while it is running.
Introduction to Production Process
After the machine is installed, start the motor idling for a few minutes. It is normal for the equipment to run smoothly without any abnormal sound. After normal operation, a small amount of trial production can be carried out, and formal production will start after mastering the operation skills.
1) Corn peeling: Start the motor first, and then open the gate (generally 20-30 mm) to release the water after it runs normally. Use the wet peeling method, mix 6-8 catties of water per 100 kg of corn, mix well (visually see no clear water on the surface of the corn), "grain moistening time: 5-6 minutes in spring, autumn and summer, 10-12 minutes in winter", pour Put into the hopper to start production. During production, the pressure handwheel at the outlet end can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The pressure can be lower during the first peeling, and the pressure can be increased during the second peeling, so as to finally achieve the goal of peeling off the skin. Horny corn can be removed once, and hybrid corn needs to be removed twice. The adjustment of the pressure plays the role of drying, cleaning and high efficiency. The opening of the suction adjustment handle at the hopper should not be too large, otherwise the finished corn kernels will be sucked away, and the air intake of the peeling room will be reduced, which will affect the quality of the finished product.
2) Refined grits and sieving classification: Pour the dehulled corn kernels into the refined grits hopper, slowly open the gate, so that the materials flow into the fine grits machine for fine grits, and the refined grits mixed materials enter the grading sieve for further processing Sieve classification. An air suction device is installed at the outlet of the large and medium grits, and the size of the shutter switch of the air suction device can be adjusted to further clean and remove the residual micro-skin in the grits, improving the quality of the finished product of the grits.
Maintenance and inspection of corn peeling and grits milling unit
1) Do not remove the safety protection grounding wire and equipment protective cover at will.
2) Do not arbitrarily increase the pulley of the motor to increase the speed of the main shaft of the equipment.
3) When starting production, slowly open the grain opening gate, not too hard, so as not to be stuffy.
4) At the end of each shift, the materials in the machine should be removed before parking, so as to avoid difficulty in starting the next time you drive.
5) After the work is finished, check whether the main connection is loose. Any abnormalities should be dealt with immediately.
6) Attention should be paid to adding butter to the running parts during work, and the bearing should be cleaned and replaced with new oil after half a year of work.
