Main Equipment
Description
In the traditional method, after cleaning and kiln drying, the buckwheat is first classified in several fractions before it is husked. Then separation of the grain kernels, the removed husks and broken grains takes place, usually in several fractions. The dry husking process developed by WINTONE reduces the required machine facilities. Furthermore, a significantly higher kernel yield can be reached with this newly developed process in comparison with the traditional process.

Cleaning process

High capacity hulling
We have developed hullers especially for buckwheat. These are high-capacity and energy-efficient machines, designed to keep brokens to a minimum.

The graded husk suction process is adopted, which is more convenient to adjust the air volume, and the skin suction effect is better;
