The millet grain enters the chamber from the feed hopper through the flow feed adjustment device, and is transported to one end of the emery roller by the screw propeller, and spirally advances along the surface of the emery roller at a certain line speed.
The sharp sand grains on the surface of the rotating emery roller is interacted with the millet to grind the cortex of the millet, and make the millet grains rub against each other, and the millet grains rub against the sieve plate so that the millet grains are dehulled and polished, and the whole grain of millet is broken into 3 -5 petals pieces after peeling. At the same time, the two-way air intake of the main shaft is supplemented by a powerful bran suction wind net, which forces the bran powder to separate from the millet grains and exit the sieve hole.
A suction port is arranged at the discharge port to further reduce the temperature of the finished material and perform secondary cleaning on the finished material.
