Description
Hulling is an important process step in an oat processing plant.The impact dehuller is designed for high performance hulling of oats and spelled wheat
Inside the centrifugal wheel, the product is aligned and thrown by means of centrifugal forces caused by rotation against an impact ring.
Depending on the product, a variety of impact ring materials can be chosen from, such as stone, steel and ceramics in addition to various special plastics.
Furthermore, impact huller is equipped with an automatic impact ring adjustment, which ensures uniform wear of the impact ring. This results in a longer service life.

Working Principle
It consists of input hopper, bucket elevator, main part of the machinery (including: 2 sets of dehuller, separating screen for shell-seeds-kernels, separating screen for seeds-kernels, shells-discharging device), re-separator, kernels collector, pneumatic device for back-flowing materials and electric control cabinet.
The equipment can complete the dehulling, shells-removing, seed-kernel separating of oats. Dehulling rate and percentage of whole kernel take the leading position in China. It features low power consumption, compact structure, minimum space occupation, low loss of kernels, easy operation and maintenance.
