Description
The complete set of bean cleaning and selection plant designed and constructed by WinTone can be applied to the cleaning, selection and polishing of various beans such as soybeans, mung beans, peas, red beans, and coffee beans. The overall coverage includes: vibration cleaning, specific gravity removal, magnetic removal of soil, secondary selection, polishing and brightening, photoelectric color selection, grading packaging and other sections. The conveying equipment adopts anti-breakage lifting and conveying equipment to reduce the loss of grain processing.

Working Principle
1. Multistage cleaning：
Layer upon layer check: beans cleaning production line adopts high-efficiency vibrating screen, double-layer stone remover, gravity separator and other multistage equipment for cleaning.
2. Secondary dust removal:
The working principle of secondary dust removal is adopted for all dust removal in this process.
3. Magnetic separation:
On the basis of multi-channel magnetic separator, a magnetic separation machine is added in the process of bean cleaning production line, which is specially designed to remove the mixed magnetic substances, soil lumps and sand in beans, so as to ensure that the finished beans have no magnetic substances.
4. Grading:
The grading equipment of bean production line selects the special equipment selected through countless times of production line practice, which has low energy consumption and high efficiency, and can make grading for the similar problem that miscellaneous beans cannot be cleaned in bean cleaning.
