Main Equipment
Description
We have developed a highly efficient industrial production process to produce Arepa flour, which is also called precooked corn flour. The processing technology of precooked corn flour is different from that of traditional corn flour. Arepa flour is made from hydrothermically treated corn flour ground from white corn.
It is made by cleaning and removing impurities, water conditioning, peeling and degerminating, cooking, flaking, drying, milling and sieving, and packaging. The technology for peeling degree, cooking time, flake thickness and grinding will aslo affect the taste.
The company has devoted itself to developing this technology to meet the South American market, and combined with Chinese equipment and traditional processing technology of Venezuela build a number of project production lines in South Africa to serve customers in Venezuela, Columbia and other neighboring countries.

Working Principle
South American Arepa raw material corn flour, premade corn flour, processing technology is different from the traditional corn flour and corn extruded flour. It is processed by cleaning and removing stone, tempering with water, peeling and polishing, cooking, pressing, drying, grinding, screening and packaging. Process of peeling degree, curing time, pressure of slice thickness, shin grinding fineness and multichannel shin is a test of the technology in grinding.
