Process flow of complete set of buckwheat tea processing equipment: raw grain cleaning → soaking → draining → cooking → drying → shelling rice → frying → cooling → grading → packaging of finished products
Grain-clearing part: The clear-grain part is mainly used to clean the impurities in the raw grains, such as large, small and light miscellaneous non-raw grains;
Soaking part: It is carried out by automatic control, which is convenient to operate. It can simply and conveniently soak the cleaned buckwheat, which is convenient for the subsequent processing;
Cooking part: the soaked buckwheat is subjected to continuous cooking processing, which plays a role in conditioning the bitter buckwheat to ensure the yield of buckwheat during shelling;
Drying part: The buckwheat after cooking is dried and dehydrated to provide dried buckwheat for the subsequent section and improve the production capacity of the subsequent shelling section;
Screening and grading part: The buckwheat is distinguished between large and small grains, and then the buckwheat of different sizes are entered into different shelling machines for shelling processing, so as to ensure the yield of whole rice and reduce the crushing loss;
Shelling part: The shelling part is mainly for buckwheat shelling processing, and the peeling of buckwheat and buckwheat is completed stably. The shelling equipment is the QMTP-300 buckwheat shelling machine independently developed by our company. This equipment has the characteristics of stable operation, low crushing rate and high whole-meter rate;
The frying part: the frying part is mainly to continuously fry the buckwheat after dehulling, and fully fry the buckwheat of different sizes by adjusting the temperature and speed, and fry the qualified buckwheat tea;
Buckwheat tea grading part: The fried buckwheat tea is classified according to the particle size to improve the value of the finished product.
